Hospice Nurse Manager- Pediatric

1. Oversee and manage a team of nurses and support staff in providing end-of-life care for pediatric patients.
2. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by the team to ensure it meets the organization's standards and procedures.
3. Develop and implement policies and protocols for the pediatric hospice program.
4. Lead and mentor the nursing team, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
