  1. Serve as the first point of contact for patients calling into the healthcare call center, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  2. Communicate effectively with patients, gathering information and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  3. Utilize knowledge of healthcare industry and company policies to provide accurate and helpful responses to patient inquiries.
  4. Efficiently navigate and utilize call center software and systems to schedule appointments, update patient information, and perform other necessary tasks.
  5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with patients, ensuring a positive and compassionate experience.
  6. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure timely and accurate communication to patients.
  7. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  8. Continuously strive to improve the patient experience by actively seeking out feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  9. Work closely with team members to ensure all calls are answered in a timely manner and all patient needs are met.
  10. Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on industry changes and updates to maintain a strong understanding of healthcare policies and procedures.
  11. Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service by going above and beyond to meet patient needs.
  12. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all patient interactions and inquiries.
  13. Act as a positive representative of Ascension Health, promoting the organization's values and mission.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
