  1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving healthcare outcomes and patient experiences.
  2. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document clinical processes and workflows.
  4. Utilize data and insights to make strategic recommendations for improving healthcare delivery and operations.
  5. Identify areas for improvement and work with teams to implement solutions and measure their impact.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare data analysis and clinical processes.
  7. Communicate complex data and findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
  8. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through regular data audits and quality checks.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of new health plan initiatives.
  10. Train and educate team members on data analysis tools and techniques.
  11. Comply with all relevant healthcare regulations and privacy laws.
  12. Represent Ascension Health in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall performance of the health plan.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to gather and analyze data for reports and projects.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and security of sensitive data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Data Analysis Or Clinical Informatics.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Laws And Regulations, Particularly Related To Data Privacy And Security.

  • Experience With Healthcare Databases And Data Management Systems, Such As Sql, Epic, Or Cerner.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.
