- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC repairs to ensure the safety and functionality of all facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of facility equipment and systems to identify any potential issues or areas in need of repair.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
- Continuously monitor and maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance services as needed.
