In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our internal communication strategy, ensuring that our nearly 165,000 associates are informed, engaged, and connected to our mission and values.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy that aligns with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  3. Lead and manage a team of internal communication professionals to ensure timely and accurate delivery of internal messages.
  4. Create and deliver engaging and informative content for internal communication channels, including email, newsletters, intranet, and social media.
  5. Monitor and track the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key leaders and stakeholders to stay informed of organizational changes and initiatives.
  7. Plan and execute organization-wide events and campaigns to promote employee engagement and reinforce company culture.
  8. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on internal communication matters and provide recommendations for improvement.
  9. Manage crisis communication and create contingency plans to address potential issues.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in internal communication to continuously improve and enhance internal communication efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Internal Communications, Preferably In A Large Healthcare Organization.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With A Demonstrated Ability To Manage And Develop A Team.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Experience Developing And Implementing Strategic Internal Communication Plans To Engage And Inform Employees.
