  1. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to ensure the financial success of the hospital division.
  2. Oversee and manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure financial goals align with overall organizational objectives.
  5. Stay informed of industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to make informed financial decisions.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, vendors, and financial institutions.

  9. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address any financial risks or discrepancies.
  10. Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on financial matters, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.
  11. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the long-term financial objectives of the organization.
  12. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.
  13. Stay updated on advancements in financial technology and systems to drive innovation and improve financial processes.
  14. Communicate financial performance and updates to stakeholders, providing clear and concise reports and presentations.
  15. Represent the hospital division in financial meetings and discussions with external partners and stakeholders.
  16. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professionalism within the finance team and across departments.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Financial Management, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field. A Master's Degree Is Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Forecasting Budgets, Financial Planning, And Financial Analysis.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Healthcare Finance Laws, Regulations, And Reimbursement Processes.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Communicate With Senior Leadership, Board Members, And Staff At All Levels.
