- Develop and implement a comprehensive reporting strategy for external stakeholders, board members, and senior leadership.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to external stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and business partners.
- Prepare reports and presentations for board meetings, including financial, operational, and strategic updates.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key performance indicators and develop metrics to track progress.
- Conduct regular analysis of organizational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
- Coordinate with various departments and teams to gather information and data for reporting purposes.
- Manage a team of reporting analysts and ensure their ongoing development and training.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in reporting and communication.
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, board members, and senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations based on reporting data.
- Proactively identify potential issues and risks and develop strategies to address them.
- Ensure compliance with all reporting regulations and guidelines.
- Prepare and present reports on the organization's progress, achievements, and challenges to external stakeholders, board members, and senior leadership.
- Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, board members, and senior leadership to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Continuously evaluate and improve reporting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Represent the organization at external events and conferences related to reporting and healthcare industry trends.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Financial Reporting And Analysis.
Strong Knowledge Of Gaap And Sec Reporting Requirements.
Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Present Financial Information To Senior Leadership And Board Members.
