Diagnostic Cardiology Technician

1. Perform diagnostic procedures: Conduct a variety of diagnostic procedures, including electrocardiograms (ECGs), stress tests, Holter monitoring, and echocardiograms, to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cardiovascular conditions.
2. Maintain equipment: Ensure all diagnostic equipment is in proper working condition by performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
3. Record and analyze data: Accurately record and analyze data from diagnostic tests, and prepare reports for physicians and other healthcare professionals.
4. Assist physicians: Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information, and assist in developing treatment plans for patients.
5. Educate patients: Educate patients on the diagnostic procedures and answer any questions or concerns they may have, providing them with a comfortable and supportive experience.
6. Follow safety protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of patients and staff during procedures.
7. Maintain patient records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of patient procedures and results, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
