Coordinator- Associate and Occupational Health

1. Develop and implement occupational health programs and initiatives to promote a healthy and safe workplace environment for all employees.
2. Coordinate and schedule occupational health screenings, vaccinations, and other health-related appointments for employees.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee health information, including medical history, vaccinations, and screenings.
4. Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and standards.
5. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential health and safety hazards in the workplace and make recommendations for improvement.
6. Provide education and training to employees on topics such as injury prevention, ergonomics, and overall health and wellness.
7. Serve as a liaison between employees and healthcare providers to facilitate timely and appropriate medical care.
8. Monitor and track employee absenteeism and work-related injuries or illnesses, and provide reports to management as needed.
9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in occupational health to continuously improve and enhance our programs and initiatives.
10. Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity when handling employee health information and concerns.
11. Communicate with external organizations, such as insurance providers and government agencies, as needed.
12. Support and contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture within the organization.
13. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
