  1. Coordinate and manage the occupational health needs of all employees within the organization.
  2. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to employee health and safety.
  3. Develop and implement effective occupational health programs and initiatives to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee health assessments, screenings, and medical histories.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential health and safety hazards in the workplace.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and external healthcare providers to address any employee health concerns and provide necessary support and resources.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare facilities to facilitate prompt and effective treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses.
  8. Educate and train employees on occupational health best practices and procedures.
  9. Stay informed about new developments and advancements in occupational health and make recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  10. Demonstrate compassion and empathy while providing support and assistance to employees with work-related health concerns.
  11. Uphold the mission and values of the organization, particularly in serving the poor and vulnerable.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of all employee health information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  13. Prepare and submit reports on occupational health metrics and outcomes to senior management.
  14. Attend training and professional development opportunities to stay current on occupational health practices and regulations.
  15. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures related to occupational health.

Job Qualifications
  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field.
