Coordinator- Associate and Occupational Health

1. Coordinate and implement health and wellness programs for all associates within the organization.
2. Collaborate with the occupational health team to develop and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
3. Monitor and track the progress and effectiveness of health and wellness programs.
4. Educate and promote healthy behaviors and lifestyles to associates.
5. Act as a liaison between the organization and external healthcare providers.
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to occupational health programs and services.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to occupational health and safety.
8. Communicate and provide support to associates regarding occupational health services and resources.
9. Conduct training and education sessions for associates on various health and wellness topics.
10. Stay updated on current trends and best practices in occupational health and wellness.
11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to occupational health and wellness.
12. Respond to and resolve any concerns or issues related to occupational health and wellness raised by associates.
13. Participate in and contribute to organizational meetings and events related to occupational health and wellness.
14. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to occupational health and wellness.
15. Provide support and assistance to the occupational health team as needed.
