Job Description

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Ascension Compliance Program within Ministry Markets. Represents the Ascension Compliance Program to the Ministry Market Leadership, Board, Finance and/or Compliance Committees. Provides direction, guidance and assistance on compliance matters to Ministry Market Operations in coordination with Ascension Compliance Program protocol. Assists in the development of the Ascension Compliance Work Plan, via identification of compliance risk areas and assists in the completion of the Ascension Compliance Work Plan in high-risk compliance areas through auditing and monitoring. Develops a high performing team of on-site compliance personnel through selecting and retaining the best individuals possible and appropriately holding this team accountable for their performance. Collaborates with the Compliance Privacy Operations Team and the Compliance Investigations and Incidents teams to effectively investigate and respond to complaints within Ministry Markets.

Job Qualifications
