- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in their homes.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical professionals.
- Administer medication and treatments as directed by the patient's physician.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including sterilizing equipment and ensuring proper hygiene practices.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Document all patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Monitor patients' condition and report any changes to the appropriate medical personnel.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Attend training and educational programs to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.

- Maintain CNA certification and meet all necessary continuing education requirements.
