Job Description

  1. Develop and oversee clinical programs to ensure high quality patient care and adherence to best practices.
  2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement and monitor clinical protocols and standards.
  3. Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in the delivery of patient care within clinical programs.
  4. Conduct regular assessments and audits to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance program outcomes.
  6. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for program growth and improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in clinical programs to inform program development and implementation.
  8. Serve as a resource for nursing staff regarding clinical program policies and procedures.
  9. Develop and implement training programs to educate staff on new clinical programs and protocols.
  10. Collaborate with leadership to develop and manage program budgets and resources.
  11. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of program activities and outcomes.
  12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes.
  13. Serve as a liaison between clinical programs and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  14. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to clinical programs.
  15. Act as an advocate for patients and their families, addressing any concerns or issues related to clinical programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current And Unrestricted Rn License In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Program Coordination Or Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Joint Commission And Cms Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams And Effectively Manage And Prioritize Multiple Projects.
