Clinical Program Manager

- Develop and implement clinical programs in alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of clinical programs.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality and compassionate care to patients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for improvement in clinical programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in clinical program management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies.
- Manage program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Hire, train, and supervise clinical program staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports on program activities and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and external partners to promote the organization's mission and values.
- Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and other events related to clinical program management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning.
- Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional development by participating in relevant training and development opportunities.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multiple Stakeholders And Teams.
Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Clinical Program Coordinators And Staff.
