- Greet and welcome patients and their families to the Pediatric Plastic Surgery department of Ascension Health.

- Assist in the scheduling and coordination of appointments and procedures for patients.

Completion Of An Accredited Medical Assistant Program: A Certified Medical Assistant Working In Pediatric Plastic Surgery At Ascension Health Should Have Completed An Accredited Medical Assistant Program. This Ensures That They Have Received The Necessary Training And Education To Perform Their Job Duties Effectively.
Certification Through A Recognized Organization: Ascension Health May Require Candidates For This Position To Hold A Certification From A Recognized Organization, Such As The American Association Of Medical Assistants (Aama) Or The American Medical Technologists (Amt). This Certification Demonstrates A Commitment To Excellence And Ongoing Professional Development.
