High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Case Management Assistant At Ascension Health Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Prior Experience In Healthcare Or Customer Service: Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting Or Customer Service Role Is Highly Desirable For A Case Management Assistant At Ascension Health.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology: A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology Is Essential For A Case Management Assistant To Effectively Communicate With Healthcare Providers And Patients.
