- Develop and implement strategies for the successful integration of cutting-edge imaging technology in cardiology departments.
- Provide technical expertise and support to cardiology staff in the implementation and use of new imaging technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of imaging technology with existing systems and processes.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential issues and provide proactive solutions.
- Train and educate cardiology staff on the proper use and maintenance of imaging technology.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented imaging technology and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and make recommendations for new technology implementations.
- Act as a liaison between cardiology departments and technology vendors to troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to the use and maintenance of imaging technology.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of patient care.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, including physicians, nurses, and administrators.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all implemented technology and related processes.
- Continuously assess and improve processes to streamline workflow and improve patient outcomes.
- Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Adhere to the organization's mission, vision, and values while fulfilling job responsibilities.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Cardiology Imaging.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Imaging Modalities Such As Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiac Imaging, And Cardiac Mri/Ct.
Proficiency In Implementing And Maintaining Imaging Systems, Including Pacs, Ris, And Emr.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues Related To Imaging Systems.
