  1. Coordinate and oversee all cardiology clinical programs within the healthcare organization.

  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  7. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.

  9. Serve as a resource for staff, patients, and families, providing education and support related to cardiology care.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in cardiology to continually improve and innovate the program.
  11. Manage budget and resources for the cardiology program, ensuring efficient use and allocation of funds.
  12. Mentor and train staff to promote professional development and ensure a high level of clinical expertise within the program.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote the cardiology program and increase awareness within the community.
  14. Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and other events related to cardiology care.

Job Qualifications
