Board Runner - Main Operating Room

1. Oversee the daily operations of the Main Operating Room, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
2. Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of patients, staff, and resources in the OR.
3. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate surgical procedures.
4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of surgical supplies and equipment.
5. Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols.
6. Train and mentor OR staff, providing guidance and support to promote a positive and productive work environment.
7. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during surgical procedures.

15. Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the OR Director or other members of senior management.
