- Provide direct care and support to patients in the behavioral health unit
- Monitor and document patients' progress and behaviors
- Assist in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members

Bachelor's Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Behavioral Health Setting, Preferably With Individuals With Mental Illness Or Substance Abuse Disorders.
Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities And Interventions For Behavioral Health Disorders.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Population Of Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.
Demonstrated Ability To Maintain Confidentiality And Adhere To Ethical Standards In Handling Sensitive Patient Information.
