• Provide support and assistance to patients in need of behavioral health services
• Monitor and observe patients' behaviors and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Engage in therapeutic activities with patients, such as art therapy or recreational therapy, to promote emotional well-being
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and self-care tasks
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients by following all safety protocols and procedures
• Foster a positive and supportive relationship with patients to promote trust and comfort during their treatment
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Keep accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Attend training and educational opportunities to stay updated on best practices and techniques in behavioral health care.
