Behavioral Health Technician

1. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients with behavioral health needs.
2. Assist in the implementation of treatment plans and interventions as directed by the clinical team.
3. Monitor and document patient progress and behavior, communicate any changes or concerns to the clinical team.
4. Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
5. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
7. Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical standards in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
8. Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
9. Assist with daily living activities and personal care needs of patients.
10. Act as a positive role model for patients and promote a culture of compassion and understanding.
11. Continuously seek to improve skills and knowledge through ongoing education and training.
12. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
13. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
