  1. Provide direct care and support to patients with mental health and substance abuse disorders.
  2. Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop treatment plans.
  3. Administer prescribed medications and monitor their effectiveness.
  4. Assist patients with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
  5. Build and maintain trusting relationships with patients, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
  6. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment goals.
  7. Monitor and document patient progress and report any concerns to the treatment team.
  8. Educate patients and their families on mental health and substance abuse disorders and treatment options.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards.
  10. Attend regular training and professional development to stay updated on best practices in behavioral health care.
  11. Adhere to all safety and infection control procedures.
  12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
  13. Act as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
  14. Maintain a positive and compassionate attitude towards patients, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
  15. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and contribute to the overall mission of promoting health and wellness in the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent, With Preference Given To Candidates With A Degree In Psychology, Social Work, Or A Related Field.

  • Previous Experience In A Mental Health Or Behavioral Health Setting, Preferably In A Clinical Or Residential Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Behavioral Health Disorders, Treatment Methods, And Crisis Intervention Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Patients, Families, And A Multidisciplinary Team.

  • Comfortable Using Electronic Medical Records And Other Technology To Document Patient Information And Communicate With Team Members.
