Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Associate Manager of Operations to join our team at Ascension Health. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the organization’s operations department. You will be accountable for developing and implementing operational strategies and plans that support the organization’s overall mission.The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of success in strategic planning, project management, and operational execution. You will have the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges, and be able to manage multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for someone with the experience and dedication to help drive our organization’s success. Responsibilites:

  1. Develop and implement operational strategies and plans that support the organization’s overall mission.
  2. Lead and manage multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the organization’s operations department.
  4. Analyze and improve operational processes and procedures.
  5. Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational staff.
  7. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
  8. Provide guidance and support to operational staff in order to improve performance.
  9. Create and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  10. Analyze operational data and trends to identify areas of improvement.
