- Provide advanced pharmacy technician support: The primary responsibility of the Advanced Pharmacy Technician Advocate will be to provide advanced support in carrying out pharmacy operations such as dispensing medications, managing inventory, and preparing sterile compounds.
- Advocate for high-quality pharmacy services: The individual will be expected to advocate for the highest quality pharmacy services and ensure that all medications and products are stored, handled, and dispensed in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare team: The Advanced Pharmacy Technician Advocate will work closely with pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of medications for patients.
- Monitor and improve processes: This individual will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing pharmacy processes to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and patient care.

Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience As A Certified Pharmacy Technician (Cpht)
Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field
Strong Knowledge Of Pharmacy Laws And Regulations
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Effectively Advocate For Pharmacy Technicians At All Levels Within The Organization
Experience With Electronic Health Record Systems And Ability To Troubleshoot Medication-Related Issues.
