Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, With A Focus On Power Systems Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In The Design And Construction Of Transmission And Distribution Systems, Preferably In A Consulting Or Engineering Firm.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Industry Standards And Codes, Such As Ieee, Nec, And Nesc.
Proven Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Engineers And Technicians On Complex Projects.
