- Develop and deliver innovative and sustainable track designs for various rail projects.
- Lead and manage the trackwork design team, including assigning tasks and providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of trackwork designs.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine the most effective and efficient trackwork design solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance in all trackwork designs.
- Proactively identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues related to trackwork design.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering Or A Related Field.
At Least 8 Years Of Experience In Trackwork Design And Project Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Relevant Design Codes And Standards, Such As Arema And Apta.
Experience Leading A Team Of Engineers And Coordinating With Other Disciplines On Multi-Disciplinary Projects.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Stakeholders.
