As the Trackwork Design Lead, you will play a crucial role in the development and delivery of innovative and sustainable track designs for various rail projects.   1. Develop and deliver innovative and sustainable track designs for various rail projects.
  2. Lead and manage the trackwork design team, including assigning tasks and providing guidance and support.
  3. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of trackwork designs.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine the most effective and efficient trackwork design solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance in all trackwork designs.
  6. Proactively identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues related to trackwork design.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
  8. Use your technical expertise to provide guidance and support to the team and ensure the highest quality of trackwork designs.
  9. Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve trackwork design processes and procedures.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our trackwork design capabilities.
  13. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all trackwork design processes and decisions.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 8 Years Of Experience In Trackwork Design And Project Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Relevant Design Codes And Standards, Such As Arema And Apta.

  • Experience Leading A Team Of Engineers And Coordinating With Other Disciplines On Multi-Disciplinary Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Stakeholders.
