3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate engineering, design, and consulting services into urban design projects.
4. Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and develop comprehensive design strategies.
5. Communicate and present design concepts and proposals to clients, stakeholders, and public forums.
6. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and expertise.
7. Ensure project deliverables are of high quality and meet project requirements and deadlines.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in urban design.
9. Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to foster strong relationships and achieve project goals.
10. Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and networking with potential clients.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
12. Represent Arup as a leading expert in urban design at conferences, events, and industry associations.
13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and methodologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
