Extensive Experience In Project Management: A Senior Project Manager At Arup Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Managing Building Systems Projects, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Technical Knowledge: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Building Systems Design, Construction Processes, And Industry Standards. They Should Have A Thorough Knowledge Of Mechanical, Electrical, And Plumbing Systems, As Well As Sustainable Building Practices.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Role, The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Project Managers, Engineers, And Designers. They Should Also Have Experience In Mentoring And Developing Junior Staff Members.
