  1. Develop and implement innovative and effective physical security solutions for complex and challenging projects.
  2. Conduct risk assessments and threat analyses to identify potential security vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
  3. Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand their needs and requirements, and provide tailored security solutions that meet their objectives.
  4. Lead and manage project teams in the design, installation, and commissioning of security systems.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and enhance our physical security offerings.
  6. Provide technical expertise and support to clients and project teams throughout all phases of the project, from concept to completion.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to promote Arup's physical security services and capabilities.
  8. Mentor and train junior staff members on physical security concepts, methodologies, and tools.
  9. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and company standards.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and represent Arup at industry conferences, events, and forums.
  11. Conduct quality control reviews of project deliverables to ensure they meet Arup's high standards of excellence.
  12. Collaborate with other disciplines within Arup, such as architecture, engineering, and project management, to provide integrated and holistic solutions to clients.
  13. Adhere to all relevant codes, regulations, and standards in the design and implementation of physical security systems.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Uphold Arup's values of excellence, integrity, and social responsibility in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Physical Security Design And Consulting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Physical Security Systems And Technologies, Including Access Control, Cctv, Intrusion Detection, And Perimeter Security.

  • Proven Experience Managing And Leading Large-Scale Physical Security Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interface With Clients, Project Teams, And External Stakeholders.
