  1. Conduct thorough security assessments and risk analysis of aviation facilities and operations.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and strategies for aviation clients.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness of security measures.
  4. Collaborate with clients, project teams, and external stakeholders to identify security needs and provide solutions.
  5. Conduct training and education programs for aviation personnel on security protocols and procedures.
  6. Identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
  7. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  8. Manage and oversee the implementation of security systems and technologies.
  9. Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams and clients on security-related matters.
  10. Lead and mentor junior security consultants within the team.
  11. Work closely with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure a holistic approach to security.
  12. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of security measures.
  13. Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  14. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay current on trends and advancements in aviation security.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve security processes and procedures to enhance overall security effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Aviation Security Regulations And Protocols, Including Tsa Regulations, Icao Standards, And Industry Best Practices.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Complex Aviation Security Projects, Including Risk Assessments, Threat Mitigation Strategies, And Security System Implementation.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Potential Security Vulnerabilities And Develop Innovative Solutions To Mitigate Them.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels, Including Airport Authorities, Airlines, And Government Agencies.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Aviation Security, Security Management, Or Engineering, With A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Aviation Security Industry. Professional Certifications Such As Certified Aviation Security Professional (Casp) Or Certified Protection Professional (Cpp) Are Preferred.
