Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Aviation Security Regulations And Protocols, Including Tsa Regulations, Icao Standards, And Industry Best Practices.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Complex Aviation Security Projects, Including Risk Assessments, Threat Mitigation Strategies, And Security System Implementation.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Potential Security Vulnerabilities And Develop Innovative Solutions To Mitigate Them.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels, Including Airport Authorities, Airlines, And Government Agencies.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Aviation Security, Security Management, Or Engineering, With A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Aviation Security Industry. Professional Certifications Such As Certified Aviation Security Professional (Casp) Or Certified Protection Professional (Cpp) Are Preferred.
