  1. Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, utilizing effective project management methodologies.
  3. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure project success.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  5. Utilize strong commercial management skills to ensure project profitability and cost control.
  6. Implement and maintain project management best practices and standards within the organization.
  7. Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively address any project roadblocks.
  8. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting effective communication and problem-solving.
  9. Serve as a mentor and coach to junior project management staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and integrate innovative and sustainable design solutions into projects.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
  12. Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new project opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Pmo Or Commercial Focused Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects, Including Budget And Schedule Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile Or Six Sigma.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
