Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Principal-Major Rail Project Leader, The Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Leadership And Project Management Skills. This Includes The Ability To Lead A Multi-Disciplinary Team, Manage Project Budgets And Schedules, And Ensure High-Quality Project Delivery.
