  1. Lead and oversee major rail projects from conception to completion, ensuring project objectives are met within budget and timeline constraints.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and exceed expectations.
  3. Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  4. Act as a subject matter expert in the field of rail infrastructure, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement innovative solutions for complex project challenges.
  6. Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards in project planning and execution.
  8. Manage project budgets and resources effectively, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Managing Major Rail Projects: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Large-Scale Rail Projects. This Should Include Experience In All Project Phases From Planning And Design To Construction And Commissioning.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Principal-Major Rail Project Leader, The Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Leadership And Project Management Skills. This Includes The Ability To Lead A Multi-Disciplinary Team, Manage Project Budgets And Schedules, And Ensure High-Quality Project Delivery.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Rail Engineering: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of All Aspects Of Rail Engineering, Including Infrastructure, Systems, And Operations. This Knowledge Should Cover A Range Of Rail Systems Such As Heavy Rail, Light Rail, And Metro Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: The Principal-Major Rail Project Leader Will Be Responsible For Engaging With A Diverse Range Of Stakeholders, Including Clients, Contractors, And Regulatory Bodies. Therefore, Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills Are Essential For This Role.
