- Lead and manage a team of geotechnical engineers and provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions for complex geotechnical challenges on a variety of projects.
- Collaborate with other disciplines and stakeholders to ensure integrated and coordinated design solutions.
- Conduct site investigations and analysis to assess geotechnical conditions and provide recommendations for design and construction.
- Prepare and review geotechnical reports, calculations, and drawings to meet project requirements and standards.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to geotechnical engineering.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and provide training and guidance to help them grow in their careers.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and actively participate in business development activities.
- Uphold Arup’s values and standards of excellence in all aspects of work.
A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Geotechnical Engineering, With A Focus On Large-Scale Infrastructure Projects.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Civil Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Specialization In Geotechnical Engineering.
Professional Engineer (Pe) Licensure In The State Where The Job Is Located, Or The Ability To Obtain Licensure Within 6 Months Of Hire.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Geotechnical Software, Including Plaxis, Flac, And Geostudio.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Lead And Manage Multidisciplinary Teams, And Effectively Communicate With Clients And Stakeholders.
