  1. Lead and oversee the development and delivery of PPP and technical advisory services to clients.
  2. Provide expert advice and guidance on PPP projects, including feasibility studies, risk assessments, and project management.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to PPP and technical advisory services.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality and innovative solutions are delivered to clients.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand the company's presence in the PPP and technical advisory market.
  7. Act as a thought leader and represent the company at industry conferences and events.
  8. Mentor and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  9. Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform decision-making processes.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Public-Private Partnerships (Ppp): The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Ppp Projects, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Delivery Of Complex Projects.

  • Strong Technical Expertise: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Technical Aspects Of Infrastructure Projects, Including Design, Construction, And Project Management. They Should Also Have A Thorough Knowledge Of Relevant Industry Standards And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: The Principal Consultant Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team And Engaging With Clients, Stakeholders, And Government Agencies. Strong Communication And Leadership Skills Are Essential For Effectively Managing And Delivering Projects.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Principal Consultant Will Be Required To Provide Technical Advice And Strategic Insights To Clients On Ppp Projects. The Candidate Should Be Able To Think Critically And Offer Innovative Solutions To Complex Problems.

  • Business Development Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Business Development And Winning New Projects. They Should Be Able To Identify And Pursue New Opportunities And Build Strong Relationships With Clients To Drive Business Growth.
