- Lead and coordinate the design process for rail and station projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the design team, ensuring all designs are innovative and meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as architects and engineers, to develop integrated design solutions for rail and station projects.
- Conduct research and analysis to ensure designs are compliant with regulations and industry standards.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all design work is completed within agreed upon parameters.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in rail and station design to continuously improve and innovate our designs.
- Participate in design reviews and offer constructive feedback to improve project outcomes.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Civil Engineering, Architecture, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Rail And Station Design, Preferably With Large-Scale Projects.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant Codes, Regulations, And Standards Related To Railway And Station Design.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Lead A Multidisciplinary Team And Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Clients, Stakeholders, And Team Members.
