  1. Conduct detailed structural analysis and design for various projects using advanced software and engineering principles.
  2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients.
  3. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and drawings that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
  4. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that projects are constructed according to design plans and specifications.
  5. Participate in project meetings and communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to project team and clients.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in structural engineering to continuously improve design practices.
  7. Work within project timelines and budgets, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.
  8. Contribute to the development of junior engineers by providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  9. Maintain a strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance in design work.
  10. Proactively identify and solve technical challenges to ensure successful project completion.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing within the team.
  12. Represent Arup in a professional manner, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Structural Analysis And Design Principles.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams And Present Technical Information To Clients.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Civil Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Relevant Software Programs Such As Autocad, Revit, And Sap2000.

  • Experience With Structural Design Projects, Either Through Internships Or Coursework.
