  1. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with current health and safety regulations to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  2. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to promote a safe working environment for employees.
  3. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Collaborate with project managers and design teams to integrate safety measures into design plans.
  5. Train employees on safety protocols and procedures, and promote a safety culture within the organization.
  6. Conduct incident investigations and provide recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
  7. Review and analyze data to identify trends and make suggestions for continuous improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide expert advice and support on health and safety matters.
  9. Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in the health and safety field and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in the health and safety field.
  11. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to promote our commitment to creating a safe and sustainable future.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement emergency response plans.
  13. Assist with the development and delivery of training programs for employees and clients.
  14. Prepare reports and presentations on health and safety performance for management and clients.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Health And Safety Legislation And Regulations, And The Ability To Apply This Knowledge In A Practical Manner.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Health And Safety Risks.

  • Experience Or Knowledge In Conducting Risk Assessments, Developing Safety Programs And Procedures, And Implementing Health And Safety Training.
