Job Description

Arup is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as an Equity Diversity Inclusion (EDI) Lead.   1. Develop and implement an overall EDI strategy for the organization, in alignment with company values and goals.
  2. Collaborate with HR, leadership, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion.
  3. Conduct regular assessments and audits to measure the effectiveness of current EDI practices and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Lead and facilitate EDI training and workshops for employees at all levels, building awareness and understanding of EDI principles.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on EDI, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  6. Partner with recruitment teams to ensure a diverse candidate pool and fair hiring practices.
  7. Work with employee resource groups to support and promote a culture of inclusivity and belonging.
  8. Act as a point of contact for employees to raise concerns or provide feedback related to EDI.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and networks focused on EDI to stay connected to the broader conversation and bring new ideas and perspectives to the organization.
  10. Monitor and report on key EDI metrics and progress to leadership on a regular basis.
  11. Engage in community outreach and partnerships to advance EDI efforts and initiatives.
  12. Create and maintain EDI policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  13. Continuously evaluate and adapt EDI initiatives to address the evolving needs and demographics of the organization.
  14. Serve as a role model and advocate for EDI, promoting a culture of respect, inclusivity, and equality.
  15. Collaborate with other departments and teams to integrate EDI principles into all aspects of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Human Resources, Diversity And Inclusion, Or Organizational Development.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Focused On Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion Initiatives.

  • Comprehensive Understanding Of Diversity And Inclusion Best Practices And Strategies, Including Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Individuals At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Edi Programs And Initiatives Within A Large And Diverse Organization.

Compensation

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Equity Diversity Inclusion (EDI) Lead in Singapore is between SGD 80,000 – SGD 120,000 per year. However, this can vary depending on factors such as the industry, company size, and level of experience. Some EDI Leads may earn higher salaries, up to SGD 200,000 or more, if they have extensive experience and are working for large multinational corporations. Additionally, bonuses and other incentives may also be included in the overall compensation package for an EDI Lead.
