  1. Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance, support and mentorship to ensure their professional growth.
  2. Drive design excellence by setting high standards and fostering a culture of innovation and creativity within the team.
  3. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design strategies that align with client expectations and project goals.
  4. Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality and innovative design solutions that meet project requirements and deadlines.
  5. Conduct regular design reviews to ensure quality and consistency across all projects, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvements as needed.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in design technology and best practices, and incorporate them into the team's design processes.
  7. Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring efficient utilization and allocation of team members' skills and expertise.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular project updates and addressing any design-related issues or concerns.
  9. Nurture a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting diversity and teamwork.
  10. Represent Arup at industry events and conferences, showcasing our design capabilities and contributing to thought leadership in the design community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Design, Architecture, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Design Management Role, Preferably In A Multidisciplinary Design Firm.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Design Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.

  • Proficiency In Design Software And Technology, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of Design Principles And Processes.
