- Conduct regular design reviews to ensure quality and consistency across all projects, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvements as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in design technology and best practices, and incorporate them into the team's design processes.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring efficient utilization and allocation of team members' skills and expertise.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular project updates and addressing any design-related issues or concerns.
- Nurture a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting diversity and teamwork.
- Represent Arup at industry events and conferences, showcasing our design capabilities and contributing to thought leadership in the design community.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Design, Architecture, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Design Management Role, Preferably In A Multidisciplinary Design Firm.
Strong Project Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Design Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.
Proficiency In Design Software And Technology, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of Design Principles And Processes.
