  1. Develop and implement data architecture and management strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand data requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  3. Analyze and evaluate existing data systems, processes, and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  4. Design and develop data models, database structures, and data management processes to ensure efficient and effective data storage, retrieval, and usage.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data architecture and management to inform strategic decision-making.
  6. Provide expert guidance and support to clients on data architecture and management, including conducting workshops and training sessions.
  7. Lead the implementation of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
  8. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and compatibility between data systems and technologies.
  9. Monitor and track data performance, identify and troubleshoot issues, and make recommendations for improvements.
  10. Communicate complex technical concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  11. Mentor and train junior data architects and management consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  12. Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations, to promote the company's data architecture and management capabilities.

  • Extensive Experience In Data Architecture And Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Designing And Implementing Data Architecture Solutions And Managing Large Datasets. This Includes Proficiency In Data Modeling, Database Design, Data Integration, And Data Governance.

  • Knowledge Of Industry-Leading Tools And Technologies: Arup Is A Leader In Innovative Design And Engineering Solutions, And The Data Architect And Management Consultant Should Be Well-Versed In The Latest Data Analytics And Management Tools And Technologies. This Includes Experience With Cloud-Based Platforms, Data Visualization Tools, And Predictive Analytics Software.

  • Strong Communication And Consulting Skills: As A Consultant, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Clients And Stakeholders. They Should Also Have Experience In Providing Strategic Recommendations And Delivering Presentations To Senior Management.

  • Project Management Experience: The Data Architect And Management Consultant Will Be Responsible For Managing Projects And Leading Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, They Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Data Projects Within Budget And Timeline Constraints.

  • Business Acumen And Analytical Skills: Arup Works With Clients Across Various Industries, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Business Processes And Challenges. They Should Also Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Identify And Address Data Management Issues And Provide Data-Driven Solutions To Improve Business Operations.
