- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company's growth objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, projects, and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to stay updated on market trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
- Track and report on business development activities, including leads, pipeline, and conversion rates.
- Manage the tendering process from start to finish, including preparing proposals, bids, and presentations.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and manage any necessary revisions or clarifications.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development and tendering activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop compelling messaging and materials for bids and proposals.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to business development and tendering.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Support the negotiation and closing of contracts with clients.
- Monitor and report on the performance of business development and tendering activities to senior management.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline the business development and tendering processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Business Development Or Tender Consulting
Strong Understanding Of The Construction Industry And Project Lifecycle
