  1. Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and workflows for projects in collaboration with project teams.
  2. Train and mentor team members on BIM software and processes to ensure consistent and efficient project delivery.
  3. Monitor and review BIM models and data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
  4. Collaborate with project managers and design teams to identify and resolve BIM-related issues and challenges.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in BIM and proactively integrate new technologies and tools into project workflows.
  6. Lead the coordination of BIM models with other project disciplines and stakeholders to facilitate interdisciplinary coordination and collaboration.
  7. Conduct quality control checks on BIM deliverables to ensure they meet project standards and client expectations.
  8. Manage and maintain BIM databases and project data, ensuring proper version control and data management protocols are followed.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in BIM workflows and drive their implementation.
  10. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to BIM software and tools.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote and share BIM expertise.
  12. Act as a liaison between project teams and clients to communicate BIM processes, benefits, and progress.
  13. Provide regular reports and updates to project teams and management on BIM implementation and progress.
  14. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards, codes, and regulations related to BIM implementation.
  15. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the BIM team and promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience And Expertise In Bim Software And Tools, Such As Revit, Navisworks, And Autocad.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Bim Standards And Protocols, Such As Cobie, Ifc, And Lod.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Bim Projects And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Project Stakeholders And Team Members.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Bim Technology And Processes.
