  1. Research and Analyze: Conduct research and analyze data related to urban planning, sustainability, and innovative design to inform project decisions.
  2. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with our team of experienced planners, architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop comprehensive and integrated solutions for urban planning projects.
  3. Develop Plans: Develop conceptual and detailed plans for sustainable and resilient cities that prioritize livability, accessibility, and social equity.
  4. Stay Up-to-Date: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in urban planning and design.
  5. Communicate Effectively: Communicate complex planning concepts and ideas clearly and effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Assist in Project Management: Support project managers in coordinating and executing tasks within established timelines and budgets.
  7. Conduct Public Engagement: Engage with the community and stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate their input into planning projects.
  8. Identify Risks: Identify potential risks and challenges in planning projects and propose effective solutions to mitigate them.
  9. Utilize Software and Tools: Utilize various software and digital tools to aid in data analysis, visualization, and project management.
  10. Embrace Innovation: Embrace a culture of innovation and continuously seek new and creative approaches to urban planning and design.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Urban Planning, Geography, Or Related Field.

  • Previous Internship Or Work Experience In A Related Field, Such As Urban Planning, Transportation Planning, Or Environmental Planning.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Develop Innovative Solutions.

  • Proficiency In Gis, Cad, And Other Relevant Software Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And With Diverse Stakeholders.
