
Photography Coordinator
Coordinate photo shoots and pre-production requirements for corporate photography team. Gather production requirements, maintain project status, and provide data and analytics as requested. Communicate with requestors to understand project scope and to share information regarding photography capabilities and availability. Brief photographers on the specific requirements for each photo request providing, notes, drawings and reference images. Utilize a variety of applications to manage the schedule for in-house and off-site photography including events, products, portraits, commercial photos, facilities photos, operating room photos, etc. Generate purchase orders for internal orders of medical devices to be photographed as well as equipment purchases. Purchase supplies, order photographic prints, clean and organize photography and studio equipment, schedule equipment maintenance and repairs, and reconcile credit card charges.
Knowledge of and interest in Photography a plus
Must be able to work independently and also be team-oriented, reliable and dependable
