Inventory Control Clerk

Prepares, issues and kits materials based upon the Work Order Bill of Material(BOM) and/or Transfer Order requirements according to Work Instructions and departmental guidelines ensuring continuous work flow and adherence to the Production schedule and expedite list. Assigns material retrieval/return instructions to Inventory control specialists assisting with Work Order preparation. Counts and issues materials and overages according to released work instructions. Prints and applies Tags using printers for Work In Process(WIP) material prior to production use. Verifies tags on all kitted materials and ensures tag information matches work order BOM. Verifies that the issued materials match the BOM (Bill of Material) required to manufacture the product. Generates lot specific product packaging labels using printers according to the router and BOM ensuring labels are accurate and complete.
