Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Hardware And Software Solutions, Including Networking, Cloud Computing, And Data Center Technologies.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Technical Issues And Provide Effective Solutions.
Experience In Customer-Facing Roles, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices, Such As Itil, Agile, And Devops, And The Ability To Implement Them In Technical Solutions.
