  5. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
  6. Utilize various recruitment strategies and techniques, such as social media, job boards, and networking, to attract high-quality candidates.
  7. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and efficient recruitment process.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  10. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  11. Develop and maintain recruitment metrics to track and improve the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  12. Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  13. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruiting best practices and strategies.
  14. Ensure compliance with all recruitment laws and regulations.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to attract top talent and meet the organization's talent needs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies, Sourcing Techniques, And Employment Laws.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Hiring Managers.

  • Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software.
