2. Manage and coordinate all supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
3. Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
4. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain improvement initiatives.
6. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure supply chain performance.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve supply chain processes.
8. Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to ensure high performance and development opportunities.
9. Conduct regular supplier reviews and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings and improve service levels.
10. Oversee the implementation of supply chain technology and systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
11. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
12. Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on supply chain performance and initiatives.
13. Identify and address potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
14. Prepare and present supply chain reports and analysis to senior management.
15. Continuously identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
